It has been a year of fighting scapegoating of our immigrant community in San Francisco and now its time to celebrate our community that has made every victory possible! Come laugh, dance, and share drinks with us!

Coalition Organizer Jon Rodney to be honored by SF Board of Supervisors!

Coalition member Jon Rodney of the California Immigrant Policy Center and FREE-SF is being recognized at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, March 22, for all of his amazing work to protect the rights of our immigrant communities! Standing Together in Tragedy: Press Conference with Immigrant, Faith, and Civil Rights Leaders

Please join us tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14, 2015, for a press conference and prayers on the steps of San Francisco's City Hall. 

**** Please bring love and positive energy, but not signs or banners.****

  • We will begin with prayers to mourn the tragic murder of Kathryn Steinle. 

  • We will express our sadness that this tragedy is being exploited by anti-immigrant forces.

  • We will urge our local, state, and national leaders to proceed thoughtfully, and not hold the tragic actions one person is accused of against all immigrant community members.

Community Speakout on SFPD & Law Enforcement

Please join us to share experiences about interactions with law enforcement, learn more about SFPD racist and homophobic policing practices, and develop policy recommendations for San Francisco to ensure that our communities are safe!
